Role Overview:
As a SAP PI/PO Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining interfaces within our client's SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and maintain interfaces within the SAP PI/PO environment, adhering to SAP PI/PO 7.5 standards.
Redesign existing interfaces to align with SAP PI/PO 7.5 standards, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Manage System Landscape Directory (SLD) including creation of business systems, transporting software components versions, and migrating namespaces from PI to PO.
Configure and customize PI-Basis functions such as setting up RFC Destinations, Port & Partner Profiles, and authorizations in both ECC and PI/PO environments.
Utilize solid ABAP knowledge for development tasks and troubleshooting.
Conduct unit testing, and system integration testing, and resolve bugs and connectivity issues for all adapters including SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, RFC, MAIL, and FILE adapters.
Collaborate with legacy systems and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration and connectivity.
Provide expertise in JAVA mapping, User-Defined Functions (UDFs), and RFC lookups.
What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum 6 years of experience as a SAP PI/PO Developer.
At least 2 years of experience within SAP CPI.
Solid ABAP knowledge.
Proficiency in PI development, with expertise in PI7.5 Single Stack (JAVA).
Experience in redesigning existing interfaces according to SAP PI/PO 7.5 standards.
Strong expertise in all standard adapters of PI/PO including IDOC_AAE, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, SFTP, RFC, SOAP, and MAIL adapters.
Experience in JAVA mapping, UDFs, and RFC lookups.
Proven experience in configuration and customization of PI-Basis functions such as setting up RFC Destinations, Port & Partner Profiles, and authorizations.
Experience in unit testing, system integration testing, and bug fixing for all adapters.
Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

Location
Remote. Some occasional onsite work may be required in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
