Role Overview:
As a QA Analyst/Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by creating test strategies, designing test cases, and analyzing test results.
Key Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive test strategies and test plans that align with project objectives and requirements.
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases to verify software functionality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Provide support for UAT resources and activities, collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate the testing process and address any issues or concerns.
Participate in estimation efforts to assess test scope and duration, identifying potential risks and dependencies.
Review and analyze test results, identifying defects and inconsistencies, and working with the development team to resolve issues on time.
Prepare test status reports and issues status reports, communicating key findings and metrics to stakeholders and project teams.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Experience with test strategy and test planning, including the ability to develop comprehensive test plans that address project requirements and objectives.
Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies, with experience designing and executing test cases to verify software functionality.
Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA-XRAY and/or Octane for test management and defect tracking.
Experience with API testing tools such as SoapUI and/or Postman is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL Developer for database testing is desirable but not mandatory.
Being fluent in French is mandatory, as you will be working in a French-speaking environment.
