Join our vibrant HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you'll take centre stage in attracting top-notch talent to our ever-expanding organization. Your pivotal role will involve sourcing, screening, and selecting exceptional candidates who embody our company ethos and contribute to our continued growth.
Utilize various channels such as advertisements, CV libraries, and direct outreach to source and select future IT consultants.
Assess candidate qualifications and match them with suitable job opportunities within our organization.
Manage application follow-ups, including emails, pre-qualifications, telephone interviews, and candidate correspondence.
Conduct interviews and recruitment meetings to evaluate candidates' suitability and potential fit within our team.
Stay abreast of the latest technological developments influencing our clients' hiring needs.
Foster and nurture a robust network of IT professionals to tap into for future recruitment endeavours.
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in technical recruitment within the IT sector.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
Strong interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and autonomy.
Familiarity with labour laws and regulations governing recruitment practices.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Fluent in English, with great verbal and written communication skills.
