Functional Application Support

The Functional Application Support role entails providing technical assistance to both internal teams and external clients as needed. This involves aiding in systems integration, managing ticketed query systems to maintain a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions, and ensuring the upkeep of technical documents and procedures.
Provide second-level support for incidents escalated by L1 Support, addressing issues related to user work environments such as workstations, phones, office setups, printers, servers, email systems, and business software packages.
Allocate tasks to resources capable of resolving issues if initial attempts are unsuccessful.
Ensure the delivery of user environments, including workstations, printers, and phone systems, adhering to company standards.
Contribute to the storage and inventory management of user environment components.
What you'll need to succeed:
Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
Manage Anywhere contact channels and oversee all incoming feedback.
Investigate potential issues or bugs, document findings, and escalate to the development team.
Maintain and update the team's support knowledge base and internal documentation.
Participate in projects aimed at automating and enhancing the team's capacity to handle requests.
Assist in the testing phase to familiarize with new features and ensure system stabilization.
Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, as well as knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Required experience level: Between 3 and 6 years.
Understanding of support in Angular and PHP is beneficial.
